GET TO KNOW ME a bit better

Hello, I’m Britta, a trilingual multi-disciplinary User Experience Designer!

I always had a passion for UX: already at a young age, I wanted to be in charge of setting up any electronic product or computer that entered our home. I remember wishing for less frustrating, easier to understand instructions and would create user-friendly tutorials for my family to comprehend.

It took me a while for me to get to UX, but what they say is true: the journey is the destination. Today, I’m a well-balanced package of design, technology, marketing, project management & customer experience. I have the capability to easily adapt, quickly solve and understand business challenges from more than one perspective.

With my strong empathy and communication skills, I wish to make a positive difference in how users interact with products and brands by focusing on their needs. I’m a hands-on, organized as well as reliable person with an eye for detail and aesthetics.

MY APPROACH:
DESIGN THINKING

I like to be involved in each phase of the design process from discovery, requirements analysis, visual design strategy & ideation, feature specification, user flows, implementation to user testing as well as the realization.

I am able to apply different design techniques such as design thinking for a holistic approach of a project, double diamond to pinpoint the best solutions to a problem or agile & lean methodologies in order to test quickly my ideas & assumptions with users.

As a strong believer in the lean method, I know that research with empathy, rapid prototyping, testing and iterating are key to delivering a successful project.
